Refund Policy

If you want to return any product by reason of a change in plans regarding the purchase, Prestige Toys will provide an exchange or refund, given that:

Our policy lasts for 7 days. Any product that has been purchased for more than 30 days will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • To qualify for our return policy, the product should qualify the following requirements:
        It must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and instruction manuals;
        It is sealed, unused and in its actual condition that was at the time of purchase;
        All sew-in labels must be attached;
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is a must-have thing.
  • Assure not to send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Once we get and inspect your return, we will notify you via an email that we have received your returned item along with notification of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your request has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sunnycheena@aol.com.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Damaged and Defective Merchandise: We only replace items if they are already defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sunnycheena@aol.com and send your item to: 44288 Navajo Drive Ashburn Virginia 20147.
